Now, on with the show!
Title: Soothsayer Chapter Eleven, Part One.
***
“My heart is ever at your service.” – William Shakespeare
I
was getting paint on Andre’s seats. He would probably be pissed about that
whenever I got this car back to him, but at least it wasn’t bullet holes. Chock
that up in the ‘win’ column, I guess. Ha,
this was my life, where not being actively shot at with a deadly weapon was
the best thing that had happened all day to me. I should’ve probably ditched
the car, honestly, gotten a new one just in case they had some way of tracking
this one, but I couldn’t quite bring myself to do it. I settled on switching
out the license plate at a gas station instead and just kept going.
Hi:
ReplyDeleteI'm a little behind on reading, I have to catch up.
Thanks for the story :)
You're welcome! I hope you enjoy it.
DeleteHeheh, love the humanly/humanely dialogue.
ReplyDeleteBut poor Soren... you really know how to tug on the heartstrings :-(
I thought about not bringing Soren in until the very end, but then I realized that leaving him as some ivory idol wasn't doing the character justice or providing the right sort of motivation for Cillian. WATCH ME GET ALL DEVELOPE-Y, oh yeah ;)
DeleteOoh, I was freezing with Soren. And I'm aching with Cillian.
ReplyDeleteI don't think I've read any of your bdsm stuff. It sounds great!
Now I'm confusing discipline and camping. Ha, get me to the next chapter :)
I know, poor babies. I've got a plan for our men, though.
DeleteI'm really, really happy with this particular story. It's a contemporary, which is a stretch, BDSM, another stretch, and involves stuff I really know very little about, ie world-famous actors. But it turned out well!
Next chapter soon, darlin!
