I’m very lucky to be working with Mary at Pink Petal Books, and I hope you guys enjoy the story as much as I enjoyed writing it. The characters and the world are so much fun, there are heists and strange magical powers and guilt-tripping mothers and lots of hot sex…oh so fun. Just finished reading 'Treasured'. I'm no literary expert but (using non-expertical terminology) I'd call it a "winner"! Seriously though, I really enjoyed it. I do feel that Danny was a bit (or a lot) too quick to forgive Reese in the end. BUT I liked Reese's character enough that I didn't believe he was a total scoundrel who was unworthy of forgiveness. I can tell there are lots of layers to Reese. Maybe we'll read more about he and Danny in the future. (I hope, I hope, I hope!) I'm still imagining all of the magical mischief those two will get up to in the future! What an interesting and neat world you created! I'm looking forward to reading 'Spirited' and learning more about it.
